P3’s Lovell Park housing development in Dickinson, Texas provides above-the-floodplain elevated home construction to replace repetitively disrupted housing in the city from flooding.
P3 is a designated FEMA reconstruction and elevation contractor.
The homes are elevated 4.5-10 feet to accommodate Dickinson’s garage requirements and to provide additional multi-purpose areas to optimize space and function.
Mike Conrad, P3’s Home Reconstruction Director says, “The pile forest installation enables rapid and simultaneous construction of several homes in advance of storm season”.
