High-lift VS. Low-lift Elevation

High-lift VS. Low-lift

When does a home become a High Lift?

A majority of homes that are elevated are raised less than 6 feet higher. We call these Low Lifts

Some homes are in an area more at risk for higher flooding and some homeowners may just opt for a higher lift for their home despite where they are located. These homes are lifted higher than 6 feet and are called High Lifts.

P3 has elevated numerous homes both low and high, with the highest at over 17 feet!
