Ramped Driveways
Your ramped driveway allows you to keep the original functionality while providing a convenient and safe way to access and park your vehicles after home elevation. P3 ramped garage designs include:
- Straight, curved, single, or double garages
- Suspended ramp allowing any floodwater to flow freely beneath
- Skirted ramps with the same material as your elevated home
- Aesthetically finished with block, brick, curb, and iron railing
Integrated Garages
Most homes you see today have integrated garages. Depending on whether your home elevation plan implements a ramped garage or a high lift, your new elevated home design may include:
- A garage space with a higher ceiling
- A modified, higher front view garage elevation design
- New space to park beneath the home on a higher lift home elevation
Breezeways
We work to make sure that your elevated home’s breezeways will still function as before, maintaining the original aesthetics of the home design. P3 may accommodate breezeways by:
- Maintaining the utility connection through your breezeway
- Retaining the original useable covered space
- Preventing the interruption of the roofline design of home
- Separating the garage by removing the breezeway
