Peace of mind is right! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job that they did for me. I can’t say enough. You get so much more than just out of the floodplain. You get a complete makeover and a complete facelift of your entire home. P3 did such a rock-solid job in their design and engineering that my house is more solid now than it was before they lifted.

I appreciate it being done right the first time. I saw the manpower, engineering, design, materials and equipment and everything it took to get it up and then the way they fastened my slab to their footer. I was happy.

Working with P3 was a really good partnership. When I would email, call or text I would get an immediate response. P3 was never hard to get a hold of. P3 answered all our questions. It wasn’t always the answer I wanted because a lot of times it wasn’t something P3 could control. You gotta go through local government and do a bunch of things but they were there during that whole process, never disappeared, never hard to get ahold of. They were doing their job. We have recommended P3 to others. They want to see how good of a job P3 did. We would not hesitate recommending P3. It was an amazing experience. No regrets in choosing P3.

We are forever grateful for Brazoria County, Grant works, and our contractor P3 Elevation for their persistence in getting the funding to raise our home up out of harm’s way. After rebuilding our home twice due to flooding, the last thing we wanted was to have a home under construction again but P3 Elevation made it all worth it. They have given us peace of mind. We no longer have to worry about rising water destroying our home.

We met with most of the contractors in Houston and P3 was by far our favorite. We have miles of sliding glass windows across the backside of the house. All other companies told us, “they are going to pop, they are all going to come out.” P3 kept telling us they are not and they didn’t.

We had excessive questions because I’m an architect and my husband is very interested in construction. We had hired a different contractor initially and it was not a great experience. P3 stepped in and put their kid gloves on and was very patient with us. P3 was very helpful in working with us to figure out how to make it what we wanted. The best part of working with P3 was knowing I could call and ask any question.

There are two major lifting companies and I went to open houses of both. Right after the P3 presentation, I spoke with Wayne Fairley, who is one of the owners. I felt very comfortable with how he explained the process. I liked how the company has a long history of lifting, the engineering and equipment are not subbed out. Working with P3 helped alleviate a lot of stress in the construction project. There are a lot of designs & permits that have to be coordinated with various other agencies, like the City of Houston, insurance companies, and whatnot and it really helped to have a professional company coordinate all of that. P3 does great work, they will take you from design to the lift and follow-up construction. You can depend on them to do quality work and to be communicative with you and straightforward and honest.

After 3 consecutive floods, we lost hope and we had almost given up on our beautiful home. If it was not for Planet Three,
we would never have got our home back!! It was the best decision we made!
