About the P3 Team
In the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, and Harvey members of our team led home elevation operations where thousands of raised homes would help families eliminate the future risk of flooding.
Durable results and durable relationships are enabled by our focus on precision. From project concept to project completion, our precision in design, finances, contracts, and work execution ensures good outcomes for our customers.
Whether it is through home elevation, new home construction, elevation consulting, or FEMA grant contracting, we strive for exemplary service and quality of product in all that we do.
Providing peace of mind through precision and professionalism is our priority. We operate with integrity through straightforward practices. We seek only what we can do well, promise only what we can fulfill, and we do what we say.
We have a long history of successfully raising homes 1 to 25 feet above the floodplain, to keep you high and dry once and for all.
We Have a History of Protecting Families From Future Flooding
Joe Fairley served 15 years in the USAF and Reserves before working in the construction and elevation industries.
He is now a home construction and home elevation professional with expertise in the FEMA elevation grant process.
Joe assesses homes and slabs and designs specific home elevation plans for each homeowner so they can visualize their elevated home with all structural, functional, and aesthetic considerations.
Chad is known throughout the moving and elevating industries as among the best in the nation. He has an unrivaled track-record with thousands of challenging structures during his twenty-plus years of experience
Elevating slab buildings was leading-edge in the industry in the 1990’s, when Chad and his father developed much of the elevation methodology and technology used today.
Chad has been involved with large difficult projects such as the 3,000-ton Schubert Theater, Cape Hattaras Lighthouse move, 1,500-ton McDonogh #11 School in New Orleans, and many more.
Chad and his father accomplished the very first FEMA contracts ever awarded in the “elevate homes above the floodplain” Program by elevating five large slab buildings in Denham Springs, LA in 1995. He also assisted southern Louisiana communities after Hurricane Katrina by training lifters and elevating a structure per day for about 5 years. His work can be seen often in Structural Mover and House and Building Mover.
Midge Zak manages P3 sales and new market opportunities in the Gulf Coast Region and beyond. She walks side by side with homeowners from day one of the process, to provide a complete solution for eliminating flood risk.
In 2016, Midge traveled to serve in Denham Springs, Louisiana with her son to demo and muck out homes after 90% of the town had flooded. That event forever changed her commitment to serving the families affected by repetitive flood loss.
Prior to joining P3, Midge spent 10 years in Human Resources and 11 years in Children’s Ministry where she planned, managed and executed projects with great care. Midge also served 12 years as a Municipal Utility District Water Board Director where she played a key role in the development of a 44-acre Greenbelt Park in Katy, Texas.
Wayne Fairley has 30 years’ experience managing operations for global financial services and global software firms.
He led the implementation of enterprise technology solutions prior to co-founding P3. Wayne’s extensive consulting, accounting, and finance background enables P3 to predictably deliver resources and solutions for homeowners.
Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant (retired) and oversees Planet Three’s grant compliance, financial management, capital, legal, contract management, and risk management.
