Multi-generational Home Elevation Experience
Planet Three (P3) owners deliver 20+ years of elevation experience with over 1,000 home elevations completed by our team. The principals of P3 provide expertise and care to help homeowners realize their dreams of a safe and predictable home life.
P3 leadership also has significant financial and operations management experience that enables predictable and methodical work execution. We operate with disciplined planning and management methods and our collaborative approach focuses on homeowner comfort so that anxieties are minimized before and during the project and there is durable satisfaction with the finished results.
Prior to forming P3 in 2016, founders Chad Jonassen and Joe Fairley led a variety of home elevation projects and enabled other companies to enter the elevation business. In Galveston County, Joe led all selling, estimating, bidding, and design on 68 projects from 2012 to 2016. Chad lifted those 68 homes and directed the turnkey work. Prior to that, Chad and Joe led elevation operations in Louisiana where hundreds of homes were lifted after Hurricane Katrina.
Chad is a pioneer of slab home elevation and was instrumental in its inception. Jonassen House Moving was the elevation contractor for the slab-home proof of concept project sponsored by FEMA and LSU in 1994. Since successfully lifting the 5 homes in that very first program Chad has lifted over 1,000 homes. He has lived in Dickinson, TX since 2012.
P3 was formed so that Chad and Joe could, as principals of the firm, control the full life-cycle of elevation services and deliver projects with a focus on construction excellence, homeowner satisfaction, and straightforward business practices.
Today Chad Jonassen directs all P3 elevation and construction activities. Joe Fairley plans and designs all elevation projects.
P3 has offices in Houston, Katy, and Dickinson, and is 100% owned by the officers and directors who are involved in daily operation of the business and in the execution of all contracted services and obligations. P3 operates with a fiscally conservative approach.
